What “Supplier Stock” Means
When you see Supplier Stock on a product, it means Sacred Aquatics does not currently hold that item in our physical inventory. Instead, we order it from our supplier after your full payment has cleared.
Physically Held vs. Supplier Sourced
Available Stock products are physically held by Sacred Aquatics and ship promptly after payment clears.
Supplier Stock products are sourced from our suppliers once your order is paid in full. They are not on our shelves.
Payment & Lead Time
Full payment is required before we place the supplier order. Once payment clears, the expected lead time is 2–3 working days, subject to supplier availability.
Supplier Availability
Supplier stock levels can change. If a supplier cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you before making any substitution. No substitutions are made without your explicit approval.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both Available Stock and Supplier Stock items, the entire order waits until the longest lead-time item is ready. We ship complete orders only.
EFT Proof of Payment
Submitting an EFT proof of payment (POP) only extends an eligible reservation; it does not confirm cleared payment. The supplier order is placed only once funds have cleared in our account.
POP Upload Methods
Website upload (coming soon) will be the primary method. WhatsApp remains the manually confirmed fallback for POP submission.
Collection & Delivery
Customer collection and delivery occur after the complete order is ready. We will notify you when your full order is available.
