Pale silvery-blue, peaceful and hardy gourami.
About this product
A moonlight gourami. A pale, silvery-blue fish with a gently compressed body and large reflective scales that catch the light as it turns. Peaceful, slow-moving and hardy, and one of the easier gouramis to keep in a planted community tank.

DietMicro-predator — small flake and micro pellets plus frozen and live foods like bloodworm, brine shrimp and daphnia. Feed small amounts once or twice daily.
CompatibilityPeaceful and shy — ideal with small tetras, rasboras and Corydoras. Males can squabble with each other, so keep one male with females. Avoid boisterous or fin-nipping tankmates.
SetupDense planting with floating plants, gentle flow and dim lighting helps them settle. Access to warm, humid air at the surface is essential.
Care LevelWeekly partial water changes of 25%. Keep water warm, clean and stable — dwarf gouramis are prone to disease in poor conditions. Quarantine new arrivals.
